Dear friends,

Long ago Jacob L. Moreno posed the question ‘‘Who shall survive?“ . He also gave us the answer that they are ‘‘those who stay in the group“.

During these difficult turbulent times of public health and social crisis for people from all around the world, online groups can serve as a vital connection between each other when homebound. Staying in the group and establishing SOLIDARITY among us can be helpful for dealing with anxiety, loneliness and hopelessness.

As an Association targeting the Social Solidarity Context, the Balkan Association in Psychodrama Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy will organize starting from March 23, GROUPS FOR SHARING LIFE EXPERIENCES AND SUPPORT DURING DIFFICULT TURBULENTTIMES via the on line platform ZOOM.

These groups will be addressed to ordinary people without the necessity of them to have any psychological training and will be directed by trained professionals, who are members of the Balkan Association in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. The groups will be held in Bulgarian language for the Bulgarians, in Turkish for the Turkish people, in Russian for Russians, in Ukrainian for Ukrainians, in Macedonian for Macedonians, in Albania for Albanians and in English for any other nationalities. The sessions will be once a week for every language group for 4weeks and each session will last 1.5 hour. If needed, the groups will be extended.

THE PARTICIPATION IN THE GROUPS WILL BE OPEN.

- March 25, April 1, 8, 15/Wednesday/, 18.00h local time – Bulgaria
- March 26, April 2, 9, 16/Thursday/, 18.00h local time – Macedonia
- March 27, April 3, 10, 17/Friday/, 19.00h local time – Ukraine
- March 28, April 4, 11, 18/Saturday/, 11.00h local time – in English

-April 05, 12, 19/Sunday/ 16.00 loc la time – Albania
